Hanna Baker has committed suicide. Before her committing suicide she had made 7 tapes, and and each has 2 sides, in those tapes she reveals the 13 reasons why she had make the decision to kill herself. Each reason had a person to deal with her death. Know your part in the story, them pass it on to the next…

The who-is-who question is being asked a lot. In this story there are a lot of characters and you get lost in who they are and why they are important. Hanna Baker is talking through the tapes, it’s confusing when who ever is hearing the tapes, making comments to what Hanna is saying.

Three words that describe this book:
sad, mad, interesting
