What my book is about:
Ida Mae Jones has a big dream to fly. Her dad has been flying and has his license and own plane. After he passed away she wanted to follow in his footsteps.

The character I felt most strongly about:
I felt most strongly about Ida Mae because she is the main character. She had a big passion and it was to fly for the WASP, which is a girl training base for women who want to fly in the war. She is a colored women but since her father was white and mother was black she has more of her daddy’s side so she passes as a white woman.
